Notice of Public Hearing
The Village of Geneva on the Lake council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 4929 S. Warner Dr. Geneva on the Lake, OH. The hearing is to consider proposed amendments to the zoning code on the recommendations of the planning commission to amend the zoning map of the Village of Geneva on the Lake to modify, change, create and update districts & name of districts. Amending Chapter 1115 of the zoning code and the establishment of new zones and zoning map to said new zones. Establishing a zoning code chapter 1123 Neighborhood Mixed Use District. Repealing section 1127 regarding Commercial Service Districts and replacing said section with Public Facilities. Creating Chapter 1125 Resort District and creating Chapter 1126 Luxury Motorcoach Resort. All interested parties are welcome to attend. All Ordinances and information are available for review at Village Hall during regular business hours.
