An ordinance repealing and replacing Ordinance 2024-23 for providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $95,000 for the purpose of paying costs of acquiring motor vehichles and equipment for use in performing the functions of the village of Geneva-On-The-Lake police department and declaring an emergency.
